Your Fuud garment is being handmade by a very small team so delivery is around 10-14 working days depending on the item. We always aim to beat this but if you have a specific event or date you need your garment by you can contact us directly.

PACKAGING
We don’t believe in fancy packaging. Good quality, eco packaging is an expense that will be added to the garment and we try to keep our prices as low as possible.
So we use recycled brown paper and recycled tissue paper for most of our deliveries. For larger items such as the Sleeping Bag Jackets or multiple orders we use upcycled cardboard boxes from local shops.
Please re-use our packaging where possible.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be charged customs and import fees when your parcel arrives – this is a fee applied by your country on the value of your order. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
We accept refunds if you change your mind or want to exchange for a different size/style, or if the garment is faulty in anyway.
Please email [email protected] to notify us of the refund, and your item must be sent back within 14 days. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned. (We understand postage times vary from country to country, so just make sure your item is sent within 14 days, the arrival does not need to be within this time if you are returning from abroad.
RETURN ITEMS UNWORN. We are not a high street store,every piece is made to order by a small team, for you. If you return a piece to us that shows any signs or scents of being worn, for example has deodorant marks or perfume on, we cannot sell this to another customer and we will not be able to refund your item. All pieces are thoroughly checked before being sent out to you. Please be careful when trying things on. You can send your orders to the below studio address.

We dos not cover the cost of any additional postage, or refund any shipping charges if products are not right, or if you have purchased the wrong size. This also includes any customs or tax charges.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD – If you are returning an item from outside the EU you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which we will not be responsible for. The item will be returned to you by the shipping company and you will have to pay to send it twice.
